There are other companies that sell "van kits" but they force you into a rigid design that is fundamentally "cookie cutter" vans. We just take the most tedious parts of a van design and simplify them. In place of dozens or possibly hundreds of hours of you "recreating the wheel" we sell you time and labor savingg components. We can only do this because we have made the investment in our CAD data and our CNC machines. We don't charge thosuands of dollars for a kit, but just hundreds, half ofd which are material costs that you would assume anyways. We leave the customization of teh simplier tasks to you. Take a wall panel, for example, we give yout the template for overall shape, but leave it to you to place things like cutouts for electrical switches, panles, and even windows. With a drill, jigsaw, and pencil you should be easily be able to customize your van. With our ovhead cabinets, we make it easier to install under the cabinet lights, but don't limit you to one specic option. With a drill and hole cutting bit you can easily add your own. Basically, it's a question of how valuable is your time, and how many days or weeks to you want to eleminate from your van build.

Pro van kits are made possible by teh use of sophisticated CNC machines driven by 3D CAD models. Our 4 x 8 foot CNC machines can precisely mill a plywood sheet in 3 dimensions in just a few minutes. The machine moves one or more router bits (machine can automatically can change the router tool) permitting fabrication of mutiple parts from a single sheet of plywood. They operate on 3 axes: an X (length), Y (width), and Z (height). Trying to accomplish the same complex router head patterns by hand would take days. Unlike hand cutting, we can often hold tolerance to a hundreth of an inch to insure perfect fits. >
